Highly Efficient Automated Production Processes
Decowell is committed to building a highly efficient automated production system that utilizes advanced surface mount technology and wave soldering processes to ensure high product quality and consistency. In the SMT process, the entire process includes solder paste printing, placement, reflow soldering and many other aspects, utilizing high-speed placement machines to achieve precise placement of components and ensure the reliability of solder joints. Wave soldering, on the other hand, forms wave peaks from molten solder to make full contact between the pins of the inserted components and the pads, realizing a solid soldering connection. The entire production process strictly controls environmental parameters such as temperature and humidity, along with automated testing equipment, to ensure that each product meets high quality standards.
Multidimensional Testing
In order to ensure the stability and reliability of the products in various application environments, Decowell has established a perfect quality control system, equipped with a variety of advanced test platforms. The application test platform simulates actual use scenarios to verify the functional integrity of the product; the high and low temperature test platform evaluates the performance of the product under extreme temperature conditions; the electromagnetic compatibility test platform detects the immunity of the product to electromagnetic interference; the industrial frequency interference test platform and the discrete interference signal test platform are used to evaluate the stability of the product in complex electromagnetic environments. Through these multi-dimensional testing methods, we ensure that each product can operate stably in various environments to meet customers’ needs for high reliability.
