Question 1:Poor Stability

Equipment in the packaging of rice will produce continuous vibration, the external wiring type valve island used in the traditional program, after a long period of vibration, the solenoid valve wiring parts are prone to failure, which will lead to the cylinder can not be normal action, and ultimately lead to equipment shutdown, seriously affecting production efficiency.

The traditional program uses several sets of valves in the lower corners of the rack for the overall lifting of the rack and pneumatic vibrator control, respectively.

1. With an integrated I/O function, it can replace the original cabinet I/O. When the valve island with I/O module is installed on the equipment, the sensors can be connected to the I/O points of the valve island, and there is no need to pull the cables to the electrical cabinet, which greatly optimizes the overall wiring layout of the equipment, and reduces the cost of wiring and the difficulty of maintenance.

2. The pressure partition and exhaust partition functions of the MTC series valve island can integrate the original four sets of valves into one set. Through the pressure partition, it can provide high pressure for the rack lifting cylinder to meet its working demand; meanwhile, through the exhaust partition, it effectively avoids the pneumatic vibrator malfunction triggered by the excessive exhaust volume during the fall of the rack cylinder, and simplifies the structure of the equipment’s air circuit.

The customer’s original program adopts an external wiring manifold program, due to the presence of equipment vibration, rice splash phenomenon, there is a risk of solenoid valve control failure. After the customer adopts our MTC series valve island, the main advantages are as follows:

1. Modular assembly of equipment: With the integrated I/O characteristics of the valve island, the assembly mode of equipment can be optimized.

The equipment frame is processed by the outsourcing factory, and the electrical cabinet and program are provided by the partner. The valve island can be divided into three small cabinets and pre-assembled in advance. Once all materials have been prepared, only the cylinders, sensors, and other components need to be installed and wired in the factory.

This modularized assembly method greatly shortens the assembly cycle of the equipment and improves the production efficiency; the down-plug solenoid valves are connected solidly and reliably, reducing the risk of failure.

2. Line layout optimization: all sensors can be wired nearby, changing the previous complex wiring. This not only saves a lot of labor and reduces wiring costs, but also improves the overall aesthetics of the equipment.
