The use of RB series card-type IO in the identification, sorting, handling and other processes in intelligent warehousing, and the use of remote IO to connect different process segments, can achieve remote monitoring of the material status of the conveyor, and drive equipment, such as frequency converters or electric drum drive card speed processing, to improve the efficiency of the warehousing and logistics in a more reasonable way.
Through the Deckwheel RB series remote IO module, remote monitoring of the state of the cleaning equipment can be realised, including real-time monitoring of the operating status of the cleaning machine, water flow pressure, cleaning fluid concentration, and other parameters. The project adopts Siemens PLC to control the industrial face array camera through output module to detect the front, back and side of the battery cover with four bad defects.
